Complete the Hand Application on this site or download/print the Exam Application form and submit together with your Exam Fee to the ARCB®. You must submit all information as detailed in the application instructions.
Then also download/print Records Release and School Verification Form.
* Note that the Records Release and School Verification Form cannot be submitted online through the website as they must be mailed to your school.
Effective January 1, 2020, upon receipt of e-mail from us, complete the required background check application and release form.
Hand Exam Fee
Upon approval of your application and receipt of your fee and the verification form from your school, You can then purchase a copy of the Hand Study Guide.
Applications that do not meet all requirements will be subject to a $50 processing fee with the remainder of the application fee ($100) being returned to the applicant.
