Hello! My passions lie in promoting sustainable living, both physically in our natural world and in our own bodies. My reflexology journey started in 2021. I have always held interests in the environment and holistic health. I graduated with my B.S. in Sustainability, but over the pandemic I felt pulled to lean into holistic health, which is when I started my reflexology schooling. I love that reflexology is an art and a science, and that it is essentially a modality that promotes sustainability within our bodies. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.
