Jeffrey Blend

Jeffrey Blend is an experienced healthcare attorney with more than three decades

working across the healthcare industry for managed care plans, nonprofit hospitals, and the federal government. He currently serves as Senior Assistant General Counsel at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where he is lead counsel for Medicare products and pharmacy services. Jeffrey holds a bachelor degree from the University of California at Berkeley, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
