Lara spent over 20 years in the field of Public Policy before turning to her true passion - complementary and alternative medicine. She is nationally certified in Reflexology and a Reiki Master. Lara joined the ARCB Board in 2021. She is also a board member of the Maryland Reflexology Association, and owns Frederick Reflexology in western Maryland.
