Hi! I am Nikki Kornegay, a National Board Certified Reflexologist and Usui Reiki Practitioner who brings over 13 years of experience in healthcare to these holistic practices. I began my journey to energy work upon realizing that our culture has difficulty addressing some of the root causes of people's illnesses: stressors, traumas, and lifestyles that are not conducive to good health and mental well-being. I wanted to find a way to help people begin to heal themselves from within. I have a dream of bridging the gap between wellness as we know it and the spiritual and emotional needs of clients.
